This notice describes what this site actually collects and why.
Contact messages
When you contact Francia, we store your name, email, optional organization and sector, interest, message and preferred language in a private database so she can review your message and reply to you. A private copy is also emailed to her own mailbox so she can answer you directly; it goes to no one else.
The community guide and the drafting helper
The question you type into the community guide, and the brief you type into the optional drafting helper, are sent to Google Gemini through the Lovable AI Gateway to produce an answer or a draft. Those texts are not stored by this site unless you then choose to send them as part of a contact message.
Fair use and spam protection
The forms and the two AI features store a shortened one-way fingerprint derived from request information, used only to limit repeated automated use. It is never displayed publicly.
Who processes the information
This site and its private database are hosted through Lovable Cloud, and the two AI features use the Lovable AI Gateway with Google Gemini. No analytics, advertising trackers or payment systems are used.
Community updates
If you sign up for updates, we store your email, optional name, preferred language, the exact consent wording you agreed to and the date you agreed to it, so Francia can email you occasionally about her Travel & Hospitality community projects, events and workshops. Signing up is separate from contacting her, and contacting her never signs you up. No confirmation email is sent, and every update will carry an unsubscribe link that stops future emails.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any update. If you would like your message or your email corrected or deleted, send a new message through the contact form and say so.
